Marketing philosophy
The marketing division is located at our registered office in Maduravoyal and is responsible for sales, market surveys, pricing, customer complaints, after-sales service, and public relations. This division pursues multifarious corporate objectives and strategies devised to achieve growth, market presence, good quality products, and customer satisfaction. Sales staff ensure that there is product and service awareness amongst all clients by either frequently visiting them or communicating constantly on technical or commercial matters and updating them with new developments in the field.

The company started operations in 2012 as a private limited company with its registered office in Maraimalai Nagar. In 2016, the registered office of NOVUSTEC shifted to Maduravoyal, Chennai, where it continues to serve customers and partners across the region.
